Hallo gkroedel,
falls sich der Fehler mit den Hinweisen von Herrn Schreiner nicht beheben lässt, probieren Sie einmal ein anderes Backup-Programm aus. Die von Windows 10 mitgebrachte Datensicherung ist leider chronisch unzuverlässig und auf ein 100% korrekt konfiguriertes Windows angewiesen.
Ich selbst habe mit dem Gratis-Programm Aomei Backupper (https://www.aomei.de/backup-software/ab-standard.html) gute Erfahrungen gemacht.
