Hallo zusammen,
da ist leider einiges durcheinander geraten.
- Es gibt nur 22.04 LTS. Die vorige Long Term Version war 20.04 und die nächste wird demnächst 24.04.
- Alle Oktober-Ausgaben und die April-Ausgaben der ungeraden Jahr sind 9-Monats-Versionen.
- Es gibt keine 22.04 ohne LTS

meine erste Antwort war nicht zutreffend und wurde Dank Hinweis von noha von mir gelöscht.
Ich hatte bei Copilot die Frage falsch gestellt.
Hier die richtige umfassende Antwort von Copilot (eine Anleitung finden Sie im Anhang):
Ubuntu 22.04 und Ubuntu 22.04 LTS beziehen sich auf dieselbe Version von Ubuntu. LTS steht für „Long Term Support“, was bedeutet, dass diese Version für einen längeren Zeitraum (normalerweise fünf Jahre) Unterstützung erhält1.
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS wurde am 21. April 2022 von Canonical veröffentlicht und wird insgesamt fünf Jahre LTS-Support erhalten. Wer länger Support als bis 2027 benötigt, kann für 3 Instanzen kostenlos via ESM weitere fünf Jahre Security Update bekommen1.
Einige der neuen Funktionen in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS sind der Linux Kernel 5.15 LTS, Gnome Shell 42, neue Apps inklusive eines neuen Screenshot-Tools, Mesa 22, neue Multitasking-Steuerung, neue Ubuntu Dock-Einstellungen und ein frisches GTK & Shell-Thema1.
Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass LTS-Versionen von Ubuntu in der Regel stabiler sind und weniger häufig aktualisiert werden müssen, was sie zu einer guten Wahl für Benutzer macht, die Wert auf Stabilität und Zuverlässigkeit legen23.

Nachtrag an Herrn Schreiner:
Gerade vor 3 Tagen gab es schon mal eine Antwort zu diesem Thema, etwas ausführlicher als hier von noha. Den meisten Linux-Neu-Einsteigern wird sie aber für den Anfang reichen:
Ubuntu-Versionen mit einer ungeraden Jahreszahl:
21.04, 21.10 – 23.04, 23.10 – und die Oktober-Versionen mit einer geraden Jahreszahl:
20.10, 22.10
sind STS (Kurzzeitversionen) = Halbjahresversionen. Sie werden 9 Monate mit Updates versorgt.
Alle Versionen mit einer geraden Jahreszahl und Erscheinungsmonat April:
20.04, 22.04, 24.04
sind LTS-Versionen (Langzeitversionen) und werden 5 Jahre mit Updates versorgt.
Das geht auch ohne Copilot!
Wer mehr wissen will, kann nachfragen, wer nicht mehr nachfragt, ist zufrieden bzw. es interessiert ihn nicht weiter.
Wenn Sie zur Beantwortung von Linux-Fragen den Copiloten brauchen, ist das sowieso nicht gut!
