wenn Sie den Verdacht haben, dass ein Windows Update ein Problem macht, können Sie das Update deinstallieren. Dann muss das Problem weg sein, falls es am Update lag.

Probieren Sie, ob sich mit der Wahl eines dunklen (schwarz oder blau oder …) Desktop-Hintergrundes die Lesbarkeit der Schrift unter den Symbolen verbessert.
(zumindest bis eine bessere Lösung verfügbar ist oder MS einen Fix herausgibt)
Volltonfarbe – einfarbiger Hintergrund:
Öffne die Start-Übersicht
Öffne die Einstellungen
Tippe/Klicke auf Personalisierung
Tippe/Klicke auf Hintergrund
Tippe/Klicke auf Farben anzeigen
Lege die Hintergrundfarbe fest und tippe/klicke auf Fertig
