Win Update 1803 bleibt bei 99% hängen

welche Fehlermeldung zeigt Windows 10 denn beim Abbruch des Updates an?

Hallo Herr Koch,
Am 1.Tag habe ich nach 24 stunden ausgeschaltet.
Am 2.mal habe ich wieder ausschalten müssen,danach kam der Fehler 0x80080005.
beim3.mal bleiobt immer noch bei 99% hängen beim ausschalten und wieder neustarten
kamder Fehler0xC1900101.
Die Proplembehandlung läuft und läuft muss auch abgebrochen werden.

Hallo Herr Fuchs,
diese beiden Fehlermeldungen deuten a) auf ein Problem mit den Systemdateien und b) auf inkompatible Programme oder Treiber in Ihrem System hin. Um das Update erfolgreich durchzuführen, empfehle ich Ihnen folgende Maßnahmen:
1. Falls Sie ein Tuning-Programm (TuneUp o.Ä.) einsetzen, machen Sie dessen Einstellungen über die eingebaute „Zurücksetzen“-Funktion rückgängig und deinstallieren Sie es anschließend. Auch nach dem Update sollten Sie kein Tuning-Programm, Registry-Cleaner o.Ä. mehr einsetzen.
2. Deinstallieren Sie Ihr Antivirenprogramm bzw. Ihre Sicherheitssoftware vor der Durchführung des Updates. Falls Sie den Microsoft Defender einsetzen, können Sie diesen Schritt ignorieren.
3. Führen Sie eine Windows-Reparatur durch. Dazu gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor:
1. Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Start-Symbol und dann im Menü auf „Eingabeaufforderung (Administrator)“.
2. Tippen Sie im nächsten Fenster nacheinander folgende Befehle ein (jeweils abgeschickt mit der Enter-Taste:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow
Nach dem zweiten Befehl meldet Windows unter Umständen, dass es nicht alle Repaturen durchführen konnte. In dem Fall starten Sie den PC neu und wiederholen Sie die Durchführung von sfc /scannow. Es kann durchaus mehrere Durchläufe benötigen, bis keine Fehler mehr gemeldet werden.
4. Lassen Sie einmal die Windows-Update-Problembehandlung durchlaufen. Sie finden das Programm bei Microsoft unter https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/help/4027322/windows-update-troubleshooter.
Falls das Update dann immer noch nicht klappt, melden Sie sich nochmal.

entschuldigen Sie das ich mich erst jetzt melde.
Ich habe alles durch probiert was Sie mir empfolen haben,leider ohne Erfolg.Die Problembehandlung läuft und läuft muss ich abbrechen.In den Einstellungen erscheint das Gerät ist auf dem neusten stand.Den Verlauf installierter Update läßt sich auch nicht anzeigen.
Dism/0nline /Erfolgreich abgeschlossen,erfolgreich beendet.
Sfc scannow:Der Windows-Ressourcenschutz hat keine Integritätsverletzungen gefunden.

wahrscheinlich hat die Windows Update-Problembehandlung ihre bislang heruntergeladenen Update-Dateien bzw. die Datenbank mit den installierten Updates gelöscht, um sie durch Windows neu aufbauen zu lassen. Deshalb sehen Sie keinen Updateverlauf mehr.
Haben Sie einmal versucht, das Update über die Microsoft-Webseite unter https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/software-download/windows10 anzustoßen? Das Programm lädt dann alle für das Update benötigten Dateien noch einmal frisch herunter, bevor es die Installation beginnt.

Hallo Herr Koch,
auch dieses habe ich schon probiert,es bleibt bei 99% auch hängen.
Ich werde im momment nichts mehr machen,auf meinem Rechner ist das neue Update ohne schwierigkeit angekommen genauso auf meinem Surf-Tab.
Ich werde es auf meinem Laptop später nochmals versuchen,Updats sind auf dem neusten Stand und sonst läuft es normal.

Hallo Herr Fuchs,
dann gehe ich davon aus, dass es der zweite Fehlercode 0xC1900101 ist, der die Installation verhindert. Er deutet leider darauf hin, dass irgendetwas in Ihrem System nicht mit der neuen Windows-Version kompatibel ist. Und das kann leider auch die Hardware des Laptops sein, wenn Microsoft mit der neuen Version die Unterstützung älterer Hardware eingestellt hat.
Ansonsten lohnt sich noch einmal die Suche nach Programmen, die sehr systemnah arbeiten: Ihr Antivirenprogramm, ein Programm für virtuelle CD/DVD-Laufwerke (wie zum Beispiel VirtualCloneDrive), ein Virtualisierungsprogramm wie etwa VMWare usw. Deren „virtuelle“ Hardware-Treiber könnten für das Problem verantwortlich sein.

P.S. Noch eine Idee: Versuchen Sie einmal, die Update-Installation nach einem sauberen Neustart (siehe https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows) durchzuführen.
