Seit wann „geht“ das Laufwerk nicht mehr?
Haben Sie schon verschiedene DVD/CDs probiert?

24.02.16 Hallo Herr Trauner,habe Win.7,mehrere CD u.DVD probiert,das Laufwerk funktioniert seit Wochen nicht mehr,ich habe ein Vaio-Laptop mit Matchita BD-CMB
UJ 160SCS/CdRom Devise, Treiber:21.06.2006,MS,6.1.7601.17514 er wird als ok
angezegt. Wenn ich eine Disk einlege und öffne, kann ich z.B. bei Computerbild die
einzelnen Programme mir ansehen und auch installieren aber Videos lassen sich nicht
abspielen, obwohl ich in der Systemsteuerung die autom. Wiedergabe aktiviert habe.

wenn ich über Ihren Text so nachdenke…
Vaio ist der Name, den Sony für seine Laptop verwendet hat. Dort wurden in den letzten Jahren Blu Ray-Laufwerke eingebaut. Ein von Ihnen angegebenes optisches Laufwerk findet Google nicht. Vermutlich Tippfehler?
Nun haben Blu Ray Geräte zum Lesen von CD-, DVD- und Blu Ray-Scheiben 3 Laser. Wenn z.B. der rote Laser kaputt ist, kann das Gerät CD und Blu Ray einwandfrei lesen, aber DVD werden nicht erkannt. Es gibt nur einen Treiber für das Gerät, weil der darin eingebaute Prozessor selbständig erkennt, welcher Laser verwendet werden muss.
Wenn jedoch eine Daten-DVD gelesen werden kann aber kein Video auf DVD wieder gegeben wird, ist das kein Problem des Laufwerks sondern ein Problem in Ihrem Rechner.
