wenn Ihr Drucker eine Duplexeinheit hat und der Treiber diese unterstützt, dann wählen Sie einfach die Duplex bzw. beidseitigen Druck aus.
Ohne den Drucker und den verwendeten Treiber zu kennen, kann ich nicht mehr sagen.

damit der beidseitige Druck verwenden werden kann, muss der Druckertreiber darüber informiert sein, dass ein entsprechender Zusatz im Drucker eingebaut ist. Ansonsten bleibt nur die Möglichkeit, zuerst alle Vorderseiten zu bedrucken, den Stapel umzudrehen und dann die Rückseiten bedrucken.
Wie man dem Druckertreiber mitteilt, dass ein Papierwender eingebaut ist, hängt vom Drucker (Hersteller, Modell) ab. An einfachsten geht es über einen Browser. Geben Sie dort als Adresse

ein und klicken Sie auf den Reiter Drucker. Dort wählen Sie den Drucker aus, dessen Treiber Sie bearbeiten wollen. Klicken Sie dann auf Standardeinstellungen für … festlegen. Sie werden evtl. nach Benutzerkennung und Passwort gefragt. Hier geben Sie Ihren Anmeldenamen und das Passwort dazu ein.
Klicken Sie auf Installierte Optionen und ggf. dann auf General. Im folgenden Menü können Sie Papiergröße, Auflösung, Duplexdruck u.v.m. einstellen, siehe Bildschirmfoto. Wenn alle Änderungen gemacht sind, klicken Sie auf Standardeinstellungen festlegen.
